Processing Time

Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Pre-order items are shipped within 7–10 business days from the order date. You will receive a confirmation email once your pre-order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship worldwide using DHL, UPS and FedEx. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location.
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (Europe), 7–15 business days (International)
Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (Europe), 3–7 business days (International)

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery method and destination. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) for International Orders

International orders are shipped DDU. This means that all customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected at the time of delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
